#5 Guarneri del Gesu violin â" $3.9 million
Everybody heard about the famous Italian craftsman, Antonio Stradivari. But not all of you heard about Bartolomeo Giuseppe Antonie Guarnieri, the maker of the most expensive violin in the world.Bartolomeo Giuseppe Antonie Guarnieri was the grandson of one of Stradivariâs apprentices. This violin is a 250-year-old one and was purchased by a Russian lawyer in 2007 for $3.9 million.
#4 Wittelsbach diamond â" $23.4 million
This 17th century Wittelsbach diamond was sold in 2008 for $23.4 million. The 35.56-carat blue diamond was bought by a private collector in 1964, but sold it in 2008.

Artemis is a Greek goddess. Artemis and the Stag statue is a Roman Imperial sculpture. The statue describes Artemis, the goddess of the hunt and wild animals. This 360inch statue was sold in 2007 for $28.6 million at Sothebyâs.

Weâve talked about this item on the Most Expensive Antiques in the World. This antique item was made in 6 years, by 30 craftsmen. The piece is now in the Liechtenstein Museum, although it was sold once to the Prince of Liechtenstein. The 18th-century badminton cabinet is over 12 feet tall. It is embellished with polished and coloured stones, including semi-precious gems. There is a clock at the top of the badminton cabinet, which is marked with fleurs-de-lis.

Previously owned by a California philanthropist, Pablo Picassoâs âNude, Green Leaves and Bustâ was sold by Christieâs in May 4,2010 for $106.5 million. The painting was created in a single day, in 1932.
