Dubai’s Underwater Hotel | Water Discuss

The Water Discus hotel in Dubai is intended to provide a luxury accommodation option for anyone who wants to settle down on the sea bed. Nowadays hotels are builted in the msot excentric places on the planet. It doesn’t matter if it’s a cave, a waterfall, or on a sea.  This futuristic looking , expensive a luxurious hotel made up of spaceship like discs that recalls Star Trek’s Enterprise will appear partially underwater in the Maldives.

The constructors receivd green light by the National Ministry Of Tourism to begin the construction off the island of Kuredhivaru, where this ambitious project , will be buil underwater among the corals in crystal clear water.

Designed by Deep Ocean Technology, this hotel has 21 suites housed in two main discs â€" one above water, and the other one underwater. Their facilities include a dive centre and also a bar. While the scale is new, the concept isn’t.

So, how you can see , there are two structures. The aerial one, for those who prefer the amazing views of their lush, and the blue sky surrounding and the underwater one, who offers a marine view of tropical colorful corals and fishes.  Suspended up to seven meters above water on five pillars, the upper deck will house the hotel restaurant, a rooftop seawater pool, a spa and a tropical garden, as well for the rich one a helicopter landing pad.

The lower underwater deck  it’s built up to 30 meters below the surface. This will have 21 soundproof guest rooms and also a bar, an airlocked dive center that will lead the divers straight into the ocean. For deep-sea divers, the dive center also includes a decompression chamber.

Water Discuss offers a lot of activities like motor boats, deep-sea exploration, water skiing, underwater scooters and many others.

We have no idee when this hotel will be opened, all we can do is to wait, and hope this will become true.

However, it is in the Maldives that the genre comes into its own. Conrad Maldives Rangali Island has an underwater restaurant, Huvafen Fushi an underwater spa, Niyama an underwater nightclub and Conrad Maldives Rangali Island an underwater restaurant . And what better way to cruise between sub-aquatic destinations than in a private submarine?

It seems like the world is evolving under the water more and more. Now we have hotels, restaurant, nightclubs, all of them underwater. All we need is money and a little courage!

Anxious for winter to come faster ? Do you want to ski now, and the snow hasn’t come yet ? Dubai has the solution. The largest indoor ski resort in the world was builted in Dubai  and now you can enjoy winter right there.

Since a lot of time Dubai has been producing some amazing architectural feats for many years now. This city has a very productive economy, and as the United Arab Emirates continues to  grow, many new landmarks are constructed year by year, making Dubai one of the fastest and productive economies in the east right now.

I’m sure you’ve already heard about the Mall of the Emirates , because it’s one of the biggest shopping centers in the world with 6,5 million square feet of space and also 2,5 million square feet for shopping space.

Let’s talk about this masterpiece, called Ski Dubai. It was developed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties which operates the Mall of the Enterprises.  This indoor ski resort boasts over 22,000  square meters of ski slopes. There are 2 ski lifts, a terrain park and 5 ski runs. The longest ski run is a quarter of a mile. There is a ski play area with toboggan runs, and a team of penguins that come out to play at least once a day. You can book a play time with the penguins. Ski clothing is included in the price of admission to Ski Dubai. The instalation system maintain a temperature of -1°C during the day and ?6 °C at night when the snow is produced.

I’m very surprised how something like this cand be built in the middle if the desert. For most of the people who live there, using this ski resort is the first time they have seen snow! It is so cool how technology now allows for people to experience things they would never be able to in the past. I would like to thank to all these amazing people who keep inventing amazing plans and they are making it true.

There are so many places in this world where you can ski now, all you have to do is to search on the internet which one is closest to you and just go. Personally, I prefer to ski in the nature, because I can feel the wind blowing through my face and it gives me a nice feeling. Enjoy nature, do sport !

Just when you thought the world of food couldn’t get any crazier, New York City rooftop lounge “ 230 FIFTH” is creating a hot dog priced at $2,300.

The hot dog meat is made of marbled Wagyu beef, dry aged for 60 days and enriched with the
sophisticated taste of black truffle. For those who doesn’t know, a seven dry-aged rib goes to $1,225 for a piece. As usual the hot dog meat is put between two pieces of toasted brioche bun, brushed with butter made from white truffle and slathered with saffron-infusted W Ketchup and mustard .

This extremely expensive hot dog is topped with caramelized onion that have been cooked before with Dom Perignon Champagne and 100 year old balsamic vinegar which cost $389/ bottle. It’s not just a topping, we have a second one , the homemade sauerkraut, which is brased with the finest caviar and champagne . We know how much caviar cost from our article about The Most Expensive Caviar In The World ! This elaborate and very tasty hot dog is topped with a shimmering gold leaf. At this price, it couldn’t have something from gold.

The rooftop lounge 230 FIFTH  had a short story with hot dogs. On the 4’th of July, they invited Takeru Kobayashi ( a competitive eater ) to challenge the participants on a broadcast. They installed a hot dog stand on the rooftop, which has been popular with customers, and on 30 of July the restaurant will release its world-record $2,300 footlong hot dog.

Luckily, 230 FIFTH is not being as insatiable as eaters in charging so much money for a hot dog. A charity organization dedicated to feed poor women, children and men in the New York City area thought that solding a hot dog will help feeding 9.200 people.

So, who will pay for a hot dog like this ? They anticipate two categories of people: those who want to have an experience eating the most expensive hot dog ever or those who will support City Harvest for feeding those wretched people.

230 FIFTH is confident they’ll be able to sell at least five, maybe 10 of these exclusive hot dogs, and if the event is received well, we can expect to see some variation of the event next year, perhaps with a slightly higher price point. But really, how much more expensive can a hot dog get?

This ornament is deigned by Embee Jewels of London in association with Hallmark Jewellers and comes in a luxury hand made box made of wood. According to Mark Hussey, a partner in Hallmark Jewellers , as he reported in the Telegraph, he had a vision about making something really special and he has done some research before starting to work on the piece. It took him almost a full year to made this amazing ornament, and then he thought to find a buyer for this fabulous piece.

The construction of the Dubai Fountain cost $217 million. Located on the Burj Kahlifa Lake, the Dubai Fountain was constructed by the same firm who created the fountains of Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, ‘WET’. The inauguration was on 8th May 2009.

The most expensive fountain in the world is 900 feet long and sprays jets up to 500 feet high. Also, it can spray almost 22.000 gallons of water (83.000 liters) in any shape combinations and directions. At night, the Dubai Fountain gets more beautiful with the help of 25 color projectors and 6.600 WET superlights. Such as the Bellagio Fountain, the water jets can be set to different synchronized music, from classical to Arabian music, and the Swahili song Baba Yetu. The glow of the WET lights can be seen from a distance of over 20 miles.

If you are in Dubai and you want to enjoy the music shows, the music performances last only 30 minutes, from 1:00 PM and from 1:30 PM on weekdays and from 6 PM to 11 Pm on weekends (meaning Thursday, Friday and Saturday).

People magazine made the list for the Sexiest Men Alive,like the last year (Channing Tatum was the sexiest) this year we have a hot dude on top of the list â€" Adam Levine- Sexiest Man Alive.

The leader of Maroon 5, coach of team “Adam” on “The Voice US”, Adam Levine managed to climb on top and took what’s yours, the crown.The 34 year singer was surprised as he got the news and replied:  “Thank you, I feel sexy”.

Maroon 5 started in 2002 with their first album “Songs About Jane” and by the years passed they released their fourth album called “Overexposed” in 2012. You may have heard about “This Love”, “She will be loved” and “Moves like Jagger” (feat. Christina Aguilera).

Last year Adam started his career in the film industry with his first role in the TV-series “American Horror Story” and also in the “Can a Song Save Your Life?” with Keira Knightley and Mark Ruffalo.

The People magazine “crowns” a sexy male every year in November. The first crowned was Australian actor Mel Gibson in 1985. Previously winners were Channing Tatum, Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, Ryan Reynolds, George Clooney and Matt Damon.

Even the fans of Levine’s team on “The Voice” got involved; they twitted about it and congratulate the hottie with hastags of #TeamSexy.Levine is a contestant judge/coach on the reality talent TV show, The Voice. The winner of the first season, Javier Colon, was on his team.This year Adam had a solid run on the NBC singing reality show.

By naming Adam Levine â€" Sexiest Man Alive he become the first singer and the second non-actor (after John F. Kennedy Jr.) to claim the title. But why does he deserves it?
