Yes, it has pearls and diamonds.

Filipino Chef Angelito Araneta Jr. holds The Most Expensive Sushi Guinness World Record for this Japanese delicious meal. The price of this sushi is almost $2,000. The ingredients are once again, quite fantastic. This time, we have sushi wrapped in a 24 karat gold leaf and .20 karat  African diamonds on top. For a five piece-meal the price rounds up at about $2,000 and the experience must be priceless.
