Well, its ingredients are definitely quite sophisticated. We’re talking about Japanese rice, Muscovado sugar, Norwegian pink salmon, 12 year old Italian balsamic vinegar, 70 year old virgin water, cucumber, mango, foie gras, sea cucumber, genuine crabmeat, wild saffron, mayonnaise with butter, 12 year old Palawan pearls and 4 African diamonds of VVS clarity. Yes, it has pearls and diamonds.
The information about the world’s most expensive sushi was sent to Foodiggity just ten days after another sushi world record was set by the same creator.

Filipino Chef Angelito Araneta Jr. holds The Most Expensive Sushi Guinness World Record for this Japanese delicious meal. The price of this sushi is almost $2,000. The ingredients are once again, quite fantastic. This time, we have sushi wrapped in a 24 karat gold leaf and .20 karat  African diamonds on top. For a five piece-meal the price rounds up at about $2,000 and the experience must be priceless.
