There are plenty of amazing jobs around the world some offering better views than others, but this Sustainable Office in the Woods is clearly one of the most original ideas when it comes to the work environment!
Employees get to spend the day working in the middle of Spanish forest! How cool is that?
Jose Selgas and Lucia Cano are the two Spanish architects that have created this aerodynamic tube office in Madrid.
Because during Summer Spain can get pretty heated the office space is half buried into the ground making sure a chilled temperature is maintained no matter how hot it is outside!
Half of the ceiling is clear window, running the full length of the office eliminating the need for artificial lightning during “business†hours.
The other half consists of insulated fiberglass shading the employees from direct sun light!
How’s this for a cool place to get things done?
Peace and quiet so you can be as productive as possible!
Cool Lime colors gives the interior a vibrant look!
The place has everything set in so you can get straight to work!
Because the lower half is underground, when seated every employee has a eye-level view of the forest floor
