Not all diets are healthy and not all of them show results. So, I gave gathered some diet plans that are based on nutritious foods and that promise to help you lose weight fast.

Mediterranean Diet
This is a 5 days diet thatâs delicious and easy to follow. It is based on healthy and nutritious foods that are essential for Mediterranean cuisine, so it wonât do any harm.
It provides a 1000 calorie menu plan based on extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, plain yogurt and lean meats.
- Day 1 is based on organic stuff
- Day 2 comes with a salt free menu
- Day 3 is when you include the extra virgin olive oil
- Day 4 is when you avoid any harmful fats
- Day 5 is based on salmon
And this is how a basic menu would look:
Breakfast: Granola cereal with fruits
Snack: Banana Yogurt (Slice ½ banana and mix with ½ cup of yogurt.)
Lunch: Baked Vegetables
Snack: 1 cup of fruit salad
Dinner: Caprese Salad

And this is how a basic menu would look:

Lunch: Chopped peppers, carrots and cucumber, with 2tbsp hummus and 4 sesame seed breadsticks. 1 banana
